In the Toronto Therapy Hub Book Club, Registered Psychotherapists and Mental Health professionals discuss books and media related to mental health and well-being.
Join us once a month for engaging and lively discussion on current topics and thought-provoking literature.
We meet online once a month, Thursday mornings at 9:00AM - 10:15AM beginning January, 2025. $15 drop-in fee or $80 for the whole series.
